Drive the architecture and implementation of a next-gen AI-powered chat interface for a high-impact pilot project.

About the job

We’ll provide a trained Large Language Model (LLM), including a RAG database and a website. Your task will be to set up the cloud and web infrastructure and maintain its deployment for a closed pilot, which will last one month and should accommodate between 100 and 200 users. The work should be scalable to accommodate larger numbers of users in the future.

Responsibilities

• Infrastructure Setup: Deploy an inference-only pipeline for our custom LLM + RAG database on a private cloud provider.
• Frontend Integration: The landing page is in Webflow, and the chat interface will likely be implemented using tools like LibreChat.ai, Next.js, etc.
• Pilot maintenance: model (including architecture and size changes), RAG database, additional RAG databases to be updated during the 3-month pilot.
• Functional requirements: security authentication, user data processing, UI/UX, user logging and monitoring, error handling and logging, backup and recovery.

Skills

• +3 years of experience in developing scalable web applications.
• Knowledge of JavaScript: React js, Next js, Webflow.
• Bonus: knowledge of scalable model deployment on cloud platforms like AWS/GCP.
• Backend with Fast API

Timeline of cooperation

1. 3 weeks – May / June 2025 – Infrastructure setup and 1 week pre-pilot with 10 users
2. 6 weeks – September / October 2025– Pilot launch & maintenance.
3. 2 weeks – November 2025 – Handover.
