Copywriter & Content Manager – English Native

Pi School is looking for a Copywriter & Content Manager to join our Communication & Marketing team. You will contribute across all Pi School projects, helping us tell the stories of our work in AI, innovation, and applied research.

LOCATION: Rome.
START DATE: Immediately

What you’ll do

• Produce and manage content in English for the website and social media.
• Write copy for marketing materials: for brochures, landing pages and presentations.
• Translate complex technical ideas into accessible and engaging stories.
• Collaborate with designers, researchers, and technical teams to showcase projects.
• Support editorial planning: calendars, scheduling, editing, and proofreading.

Required qualifications

• Native English speaker
• Proven experience in copywriting and content management
• Strong interest in technology, AI, research, and innovation
• Excellent writing skills, with the ability to adapt tone and style for different audiences
• Strong organisational skills and a collaborative approach

Bonus points if you:

• Have written for technical, scientific, or innovation-driven projects
• Have contributed to blogs, publications, or open-source communities
• Are familiar with SEO, CMS tools, and analytics platforms
