Notary in Marcon, Venice since 2011. Member of the Informatics Commission for the "Consiglio Nazionale del Notariato". From 2011 to 2013, Michele Manente has participated in the education program for notaries, as an "ambassador on the territory". He works on projects related to Blockchain and Artificial Intelligence, among others. He is the ideator and executor of "New Generation Code", an ambitious project dedicated to professionals and Law students. He has taught at the "Scuola di Specializzazione per le Professioni Legali di Padova", and also at the Notary School of Padua, Italy.

Pasquale Starace is an experienced Electronics Engineer with an experimental thesis on the use of LAN networks for multimedia applications, developed in collaboration with the Olivetti Research Center. He has worked for Olivetti, Telecom Italia, and other companies in the ICT sector. He is an expert on technology informatics and has worked as a consultant for the Public Administration, Italian courts, and is a member of the board in different committees in the field of informatics security. He worked as a security manager for Notartel and is now the PKI focal point for many fiduciary services.

Sébastien plays an active role inside the startup district and venture fund Pi Campus, where he is Director of AI at Translated, and Director of the AI Programme at Pi School. After taking an Ingénieur degree from École Centrale Paris, and an MPhil in computer speech and language processing from the University of Cambridge, Sébastien spent 16 years in the speech and language industry in different European ventures. Moving on to machine learning and AI applications more broadly, he took a PhD in probabilistic machine learning with Zoubin Ghahramani at the University of Cambridge.

Ugo Bechini is an experienced Notary and President of the local Notary Council in Genoa, Italy. Currently, he is part of the Board of EUFides and Bartolus, two Belgian law institutions, and teaches Informatics and International Law at the Notary School "Aristotele Morello" in Genoa. He has published many articles in specialized law magazines in Italy, France, USA, UK, Spain, and Germany. His main focus is on informatics law, mainly in international fields, and he has performed as secretary of the "Commission Informatique et Securité Juridique" of the International Union of the Latin Notary.
