  • Tipico Group

    AI Refactoring Assistant

    Tipico Group operates a large, complex software platform with more than 2 million lines of code. Generic AI coding assistants failed to handle the scale and constraints of the codebase, slowing delivery and increasing costs. The Pi School of AI team set out to test whether AI could safely accelerate it. The result was a prototype showing the potential to compress years of work into months, significantly reduce engineering effort, and create a viable path toward scalable, AI-supported refactoring.
