Last call for the Creative Incubator 2020

Come September, the creative industry will welcome a new group of motivated, equipped, and fearless professionals ready to lead business transformation. From the 10th to the 12th of the month, Pi School will host the most relevant debate on Conscious Capitalism, during a unique workshop held together with the Art Directors Club of Europe, that will turn participants into game-changers.

The Creative Incubator is back in Rome and, for three days, the participants will be guided by Jamshid Alamuti – co-founder at Pi School – and his guests from the international advertising and corporate scene. To empower participants to lead sustainable transformation in such an urgent context, Pi School and ADCE offer all participants a grant covering 80% of the total fee.

“My focus is to support anyone willing to transform towards a conscious business-driven society, to discover the why and the how so that they are capable of helping themselves and others.” - Jamshid Alamuti

Jamshid Alamuti takes the participants on a journey to find their own purpose while acquiring the tools to advise and guide their companies and clients to find theirs.

The workshop starts on Thursday, the 10th of September, at 12:30 PM with a light lunch and an introduction to the program. During the afternoon, participants will have the first lectures and be divided into small groups to start brainstorming. The day finishes with a networking cocktail reception by the pool. The second day begins at 9:30 AM and finishes around 5:30 PM. During the day, participants will alternate between lectures and group work, under the mentorship of Jamshid Alamuti. The final day starts at 9:30 AM, and it will be fully dedicated to group work and the preparation of a final presentation to share with the class. By the end of the day, participants are invited to join a farewell dinner in the city center.

Our school offers a variety of facilities including, but not limited to, a garden, a pool, and an open-space with slidable walls; all of which guarantee the safety of our students, as they are able to respect safety distances, and work outdoors.

The previous workshop took place in Rome, from the 16th to the 18th of July, with guest lecturers Luis Villa – Principal Director of Growth & Strategy Europe at Accenture; Karel J. Golta – Founder & CEO at Indeed and TOI; Prof. Dr. Stefan Uhlenbrook – Strategic Program Director of the International Water Management Institute (IWMI); Julia Arnott-Neenee – Co-Founder & Director at PeopleForPeople; Axel Quack – Strategic Innovation Executive at Salesforce; Sasan Saeidi – Global Partner-Nestlé at Wunderman Thompson.

The participants came from different countries and backgrounds, eager to learn first hand about this up-to-date topic and bring the knowledge back to their companies.

“We can’t operate anymore without having an idea of conscious capitalism, and I really think it’s where all the industries are going towards” - Federica Croce

Federica Croce, Art Director at GittoBattaglia_22, joined this year’s Creative Incubator because of the relevance of the topic for her industry.

For Claus Fischer, Managing Director at VOSS+FISCHER gmbh, the workshop was an excellent input for the transformation process of his agency, which he is currently overseeing: “I’m in the process of changing the agency from an old school model to, hopefully, a very new, purpose-driven, and high value-driven agency.”

“As a creative, I have the power to actually lead and translate whatever is important in a way that is easy and impactful.” According to Mariano Barresi, Junior Art Director at TBWA, this year’s workshop empowers creative professionals to be agents of change.
